As you say, we all shouldn't care about this stuff quite so much, but I think your strength as a writer is that you write thoughtfully, articulately, and humourously about the elements of the show that make us connect with it so strongly. Maybe the two years off was just what you needed to re-charge creatively.

Great to support some worthy causes, too.

I think M. Giant wears the Steve Young jersey very well, and your complementary approaches to content and style make for really good reading together.

Wonderful news! I love M. Giant's recaps too, so getting to read both (and thus feed the TAR obsession further) has been a real treat!

Hooray! I, too, have missed your TAR recaps (though I definitely enjoy M. Giant's - boy, I hope I never have to choose between the two) and am so glad I'll have them to look forward to over the next few weeks!

Such a lovely nostalgic feeling reading your recaps of TAR, which is what got me hooked on TwoP back in the day. Between that and the warm glow that comes from supporting Donor's Choose (as part of the greater Tomato Nation) people are going to wonder why I'm Mr smiley-guy today.

Yay! Your recaps always make me laugh out loud, as well as think more critically about television. Thank you so much!

That's wonderfully generous, and very welcome news. You say "of course" you'll do this, but you weren't obligated to, so THANK YOU so much for this!

Hooray! You've been away for two years, but it doesn't feel like that long. I've been glad to get to read you on Monkey See, but there's really nothing as awesome as a TAR recap, and having yours and M. Giant's to read is just double the awesome. Thank you, Linda.
